IMPORTANT NOTICE: VENDOR SELF-SERVICE (VSS) POLICY UPDATE – EFFECTIVE MAY 8, 2025

Welcome to Vendor Self Service (VSS)

As of May 8, 2025, the IDEA Public Schools Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal is designated exclusively for existing vendors.

Important: Do not use VSS to update your vendor profile information. To request updates to your company’s contact or address information, email: bosupport@ideapublicschools.org.

Getting Started (for existing vendors only):

To check status on any information, click LINK TO EXISTING. You will need:

  • Your Vendor Number (found on a recent PO, check stub, or EFT voucher)
  • Your Federal Tax ID number (must match our records)

If your information is not recognized or if you have not received a payment recently, please contact us at purchasing@ideapublicschools.org for assistance.

NEW VENDORS: REGISTRATION NOT CURRENTLY PERMITTED ON VSS
Please do not attempt to register as a new vendor or log in via VSS.
If you are a new vendor interested in doing business with IDEA Public Schools, please send your company’s information and inquiry to: VendorInquiry@ideapublicschools.org.
